Is the 10 Gbps dedicated to my VM?
No — it's the node's physical uplink, shared under fair-use, and your VM bursts on it. That's the right model for botting and RDP, where short fast bursts matter more than one tenant pinning line-rate all day. Need guaranteed line-rate? That's a dedicated-server conversation — open a ticket.
What's the difference between a VPS and the bare-metal tier?
The VPS tiers are KVM virtual machines — perfect for monitors, bots, and automation. The dedicated tier is a whole physical machine with no hypervisor, which is what makes Shape solving viable: there are no virtualization tells for an anti-bot stack to read. Can I use this for sneaker or retail bots?
Yes — legitimate retail automation, monitors, deal tools, and remote desktops. Abuse, spam, credential attacks, phishing, scanning, and illegal traffic are not allowed.
How fast is provisioning, really?
When stock is open and payment clears, VPS boxes deliver from a warm pool — usually live within a minute. Credentials appear in your dashboard the moment it finishes and stay re-viewable there. Bare-metal builds are hand-fulfilled and quoted per spec.
How do I pay?
Crypto (BTC/LTC) is native at checkout. Card runs through Whop. Zelle works through a Discord ticket. Longer prepaid terms discount the rate: −5% at 3 months, −10% at 6, −15% at 12.
