Your own server
Install applications and run persistent workloads on a complete VPS with CPU, RAM, storage and root or administrator access.
Looking for a residential IP VPS, a static ISP VPS or Windows RDP with an ISP address? Compare three US carrier routes and choose a complete server with its own dedicated IPv4.
The phrase usually describes a virtual private server whose public IP belongs to an internet service provider. With residential IP VPS hosting or an ISP IP VPS, you get a complete server as well as a network address: install applications, keep workloads running and choose a Linux server or an eligible Windows desktop. A dedicated IPv4 gives the active service a consistent public endpoint.
A residential broadband connection, a business ISP connection and an IP database's residential label describe different things. Blossom's Washington route uses Verizon FiOS Business; Seattle uses Astound/Wave; Texas uses NetWest. These ISP VPS routes are not sold as household residential connections. Compare the actual carrier and current classification for your workload.

Use a public address assigned to your active service rather than a shared or rotating proxy endpoint.

The network speed below describes the host connection or port, shared by VPS workloads. It is not reserved throughput for each virtual server. Current plans, transfer allowances and stock are shown in the ISP VPS catalog.
East Coast ISP VPS with a Verizon FiOS Business IPv4, a 1 Gbps connection, NVMe system storage and an HDD data disk. Linux and eligible Windows plans.
Explore Verizon ISP VPS →West Coast ISP VPS on Astound/Wave AS11404, with a 10 Gbps symmetrical host connection and SSD storage. Linux and eligible Windows plans.
Configure Seattle ISP VPS →Central US ISP VPS with a dedicated NetWest IPv4, a 1 Gbps connection and SSD storage. Texas plans run Linux.
Explore Texas ISP VPS →A static IP stays assigned instead of changing on every connection. That is useful for a stable remote server, monitoring, allowlists and applications that need a consistent network endpoint. Static does not itself mean household residential. Confirm the address type you need before ordering.
For an interactive desktop, choose a supported Windows image on a Washington or Seattle plan from the S tier upward. RDP is how you connect to Windows; it does not determine the IP classification. Linux plans provide root access over SSH. The Texas route is Linux only.
A VPS gives you the operating system and resources to host your own applications. A proxy gives you an endpoint that forwards traffic. If you need a full desktop, persistent software or server-side services, compare complete VPS plans. For the network and product differences, read ISP VPS vs residential proxy.
Classification databases may disagree or change over time. The network owner, location, reputation and destination's own checks all matter. Ask support about the carrier and current classification for your selected route; a label alone cannot promise acceptance by a website.

People use residential ISP VPS to mean a virtual private server with an IP address associated with an internet service provider instead of a typical hosting network. The phrase alone does not establish that the connection is household broadband. Check the carrier, connection type and current IP classification. Blossom's ISP VPS routes are described by their actual carrier; they are not sold as household residential connections.
No. Residential describes the connection or a database classification; static describes whether an address stays assigned. A static ISP IP can belong to a business connection. Blossom assigns a dedicated ISP IPv4 to each active VPS rather than rotating it through a proxy pool.
If you are looking for Windows remote desktop with an ISP IP, supported Windows images are available on eligible Washington and Seattle plans from the S tier upward. Texas ISP VPS plans run Linux. Check the operating systems offered for your selected plan before ordering.
Each Blossom ISP VPS receives its own dedicated public ISP IPv4. You get a complete server with root or administrator access, not just proxy credentials. The IP stays assigned while the service is active, subject to necessary network changes.
No. IP databases can disagree and update at different times. A carrier name, ASN or one historical test does not guarantee a permanent residential label or access to a particular website. Ask support about the specific route and current classification that matter to you.
An ISP VPS provides compute, storage, an operating system and a dedicated IP. A residential proxy provides a traffic-forwarding endpoint and may share or rotate addresses. Choose the VPS when you need to install and run your own applications or use a full remote desktop.
